The EDI Orders Module converts e-commerce orders from customers using the DMS Qwik-Order Module into pick tickets at the designated host or remote warehouse or store location. Remote Branch Store “Buy-out” Orders

The DMS Buy-out Orders feature converts remote Branch Store purchase orders into pick tickets at the warehouse or other branch locations and accordingly manages these inter-company transactions on a real-time basis including DX+ back-end GL accounting of inventory transfers between locations and companies.

Hub & Spoke Management

Companies with multiple branch locations which use their own delivery trucks can utilize our Hub and Spoke Management. This system totally automates the replenishment and stock-balancing across your locations while automating returns of overstock, warranty, and core items back to the Hub location.

Core Management

This feature provides the ability to track product cores between the Distributor and their customers as well as tracking cores between the Distributor and their suppliers. Accounts Receivable

When an order is created the customer’s available credit is adjusted immediately. If a customer makes purchases at several locations on the same day, you would see the transactions reflected in available credit as they occur. If a deposit is taken on an order, the deposit information is retained along with the order detail. The deposit is held in the accrued deposit file and is not physically recorded in the Accounts Receivable file until the order is invoiced.

Accounts Payable

General Ledger
